The company ERATECH s.r.o. offers quality services in the field of repair and development of hardware components and devices used in electrical engineering, mechanics and automation.

We provide service focused on industrial electronics and solar power transducers, we also deal with repairs of servo-drives, control systems on CNC and single-purpose machines. If necessary, we offer installation and measurement at the customer.

We can repair outdated industrial electronics and “no-name” products to which no one provides service or technical documentation.

Development and production

We offer the production and development of customized electronics, upgrading and customizing existing equipment or individual components according to your requirements, including manufacturing and technical documentation.

We also offer the production of cable harnesses according to the attached model or documentation.

Fast and preventive repairs

We can handle most of the broken devices within a week. Our goal is to provide our customers a quick repair or exchange of defected parts.

To significantly reduce machine downtime, we offer the “Preventive Repair of Fault Components” service, which focuses on parts of machines that have a higher failure rate based on our experience.

In case of electronics these are stressed end switching devices, capacitors in power supplies, inefficient cooling, exposed and broken cables that can in the future cause the destruction of key components. 3D modeling and printing

We provide 3D and 2D modeling in Inverter, Solidworks, Autocad, according to the attached model or customer specification.

We also offer 3D printing of small parts for testing or small-scale printing, manufacturing of metal spare parts for single-purpose machines and components for servo-drives, such as friction clutches, gearing and individual parts of the drive.
